Change Directory of User Files
Hello,
recently I installed a new operating system on my PC, so now I got two independent OS on my PC (both are Windows). Every memory medium can accessed from both OS. My problem is basicly that both OS will store their FTD-data in their own "C:\Users\<>\Documents\From The Depths" folders. I would like to configure where FTD should store its data to allow both FTD-applications to fall back on one directory. You may add this as a new tab in the options menu or add it as a steam-bound launch option.
This would be a small change but a big improvement as FTD mods and files may occupy more space because of more content ingame.

As a sort-of workaround, investigate the mklink command.

Poke my boat! mostly pre-2.0 learning & catalogue thread - Update: Heavy & light tanks 07/04/18 for 2.1. 6 ships made 2.0 aware. If it's not AotE I can't do it regularily - sea -> post processing -> eyestrain.

In a nutshell, lets you have one directory & a whole bunch of fake directories which point to it.

Unless you're being a fascetious unix user, then you probably know just what it does Tongue
