Passive Barrel Elevation [added]
This would be a basic setting in the cannon menu for APS and CRAMs which would make the barrel elevate when there are no targetable enemies to the set value.
Perhaps as a later step it could set the barrel's hitbox to that location.
I know there is a LUA script for this, but I think it should be in the game.

Would make things look much nicer. And I'd be able to create actual siege tanks that can deploy into artillery mode with this. +1

I'd love this, especially for guns on the bottom of airships. Shouldn't be hard to implement either.
