Actually you'll want to add IR gimbles as well for the 40 detections per second. Those are kinda essential for facing the kind of targets you are.

Also at 1km or more distance weapons should be pinpoint accurate in my opinion.

Using cameras in the example because IR can't detect the fastest things in the game: dedis with up/down laser shields.
Space ions are also really fast with a worse acceleration, infra doesn't see those either.

Yeah, I think lasers with <50m optics could use an accuracy buff.
APS can get great accuracy between rails/longer barrels/fins, PAC is as accurate as you want it to be for a damage hit.
