I myself rarely have trouble with ammo problems, particularly when using CRAMs and not missiles.

This is my BP thread with 2 hovers. Both have more ammo then they need, and due to speed and armor, both are almost completely safe.

Loading the previous save and swapping units seems to have fixed NaN glitches in my Fuel Neter campaign, so I have the raw videos to make 02 part of it.

But! New questions came up.

I've began to get suspicious as material level wasn't increasing. of course units get hit easily at the beginning of the campaign, they haven't got a lot of protection.
After swapping units, and transforming to a fully underwater nation (by the help of 2way turret underwater tracking), and building Splitter Toads, which are large caliber CIWS+controller flak guns with sprinkled anti-torps, I suffered very little damage of harassed-pulled enemy DWG attacks.
But my material count was still, not increasing and not decreasing.
Examining fuel container levels they were full, fuel using units temporarily purged to examine what is eating material - no repairs, no fuel usage, absolutely no ammo makers and steam engines.
I removed the one fuel processor I have on my little Buildcrane fortress, and voila! Materials rising up steadily.

So the questions are:
Aren't fuel processors supposed to stop when every fuel container is full, and there is no fuel usage?
Is there a way to automatically start/stop fuel processors? No ACB option was found.
My setup was one fuel processor+one of the first level extension+12 smokestacks <-- the starting resource zone really can't keep up with this indefinitely?

+1. It seems to me, that ammo barrels won't regenerate ammo when out of play. Really?
