RE: [DWG] Patchwork replacement
Alright, ill take the design, it looks good. Patch work was looking pretty dated.

However, i have to do a round of nerfs on all easy units in all factions, so you can expect to see your version servery nerfed when it hits live FTD.

The secret signs have been prefabbed into the new version.
If anyone wants to add their own into the AI room, nows your chance.
Ill pick up the final BP in a day or so.
Work from the below BP now.

RE: [DWG] Patchwork replacement
  • Beamed it.
  • Turned the stairs to make them useable.
  • Added a 360 camera with no obstructions, it can now see behind itself.
  • Added processing power, it had too little even before the new camera.
  • Changed the "propeller shafts" from metal to aps barrels.
  • Moved the rear steering propellers.
  • Added some lead to the rear as it often lifted out of the water.
  • Added my own sign to the AI room.

lol, it was already 100% beamed... but yeah, the stairs thing was good and the propeller shafts look nice. I miss the chair from the crane, but i can see why you removed it. Should be a way to set main chair in this game just like in Space Engineers.

According to my game, detection ran at 100% before. Didn't think it would need camera detection rearwards since it has a snooper and all guns are pointed forwards anyway. But i guess it doesn't hurt to have redundancy.

EDIT: One more thing, maybe the Naval AI card should be set to a slightly higher broadside angle than 0, like maybe 25. Alternately set the broadside range to rather low and make it turn away. I used the same settings as the original, but the instant ramming does get old.

Here are some screenshots from the bp Majyst posted: http://imgur.com/a/cNfjU

As you can see it didn't have a chair, processing power was at ~89%, and there were unbeamed or poorly beamed parts here and there.
