Firepower:
-Ten 105mm Dual gun turrets (7 on the Scavenger)
-Fourteen 120mm single gun turrets
-Six 105mm Single gun Sponsons
-Two 203mm single gun sponsons
-One 93mm Single gun turret (Only Cutlass)
- 2 Cranes holding a missile launcher (Scavenger)

Overview:
- Lots of guns
- Broadsiding vessels
- Resource carriers (Both, mostly the Scavenger)
- No armor, shields are meh
- Meh mobility

Lore Synopsis:
The Scavenger and Cutlass class vessles were retired during the latter invasion of Cold Loch by the SAN. However after the routing of the SAN after the failure at Cold Loch the Cutlass and Scavenger Classes were brought out of the shipyards, some salvaged and patchworked into service from the scrap docks, to transfer the remaining resources of the SAN bases to the outposts in Eriwick.
Supply routes were treacherous during the BFNs early resurgence. The White Flayer's sacrifice raids, The Onyx Watch scout fleets and SAN deserters all proved to be a massive hindrance to the crucial supply vessels. Thus, it was deemed that all surviving, even those barely operational, Cutlass and Scavenger classes were tasked with transporting resources to the separated outposts simultaneously protecting the fleet. It was not long that most supply fleet contained mostly these ships rather than purpose-built Freighters and tankers. While they are weak, they are a decent deterrence to commerce raids if there is many.

Lore Synopsis:
A freighter designed by the SAN Design Bureau to transport ever sort of material. Currently in limited use by the BFN.

New ship! I can`t believe that a ship that I wanted to be a heavy cruiser turned out to be like this... Well I`mma just pull a Moskva/Stalingrad and say it`s just bigger than normal Big Grin

Retribution-Class Heavy Cruiser

Firepower:
- 4 triple 200mm gun turrets firing HEAT
- 4 single 200mm gun turrets firing HEAT
- 7 Dual 165mm gun turrets firing APHE
- 34 21mm AAA gatlings firing HVAP (Composite plus Sabot, I know that`s not really what HVAP is Big Grin)
- 2 Quad 30mm AA guns firing HVAP
- 4 triple hull-mounted missile racks firing IR Seekers
- 1 triple missile rack firing Single Pixel IR Seekers

Overview:
- Back to broadsides baebee
- AA/AAA in the most traditional of sense
- IE it has lots of dakka
- Consistent ROF from the 200mm cannons
- Fast at 41m/s
- Not really maneuverable
- inconsequential physical armor
- Meh shielding (Max power is 7, and only on certain parts
- It is highly 'spodable
- Has flares for missiles, that`s it

I initially based the design somewhat off the Zao/Senjo/Tengu (Flipping 3 name changes) class cruiser from world of warships. The only thing that transfered was the gun configuration and a little bit of the torpedo configuration. Decided to turn it into what the CA 1941a never was.... A dakka ship Cool . Has consistent DPM with the main caliber guns and there is a lot (I mean a lot) of AA/AAA guns. It`s really fragile so taking a hit is a no-no and the shielding won`t do much when the big shells or big shell spam hits. Uses it`s speed and a bobbing altitude pattern to minimize hits and mitigate damage. Best used as a combat support/escort.

Lore Synopsis:
After the realization that the Archenemy-class was obsolete after the startlingly one-sided battle with the Caliburn-class, it was determined that the remaining vessels and hulls in development would be scrapped and that a new line of ships be developed to fulfill it`s role. As the Archenemy was in it`s earlier fittings, this new vessel would prioritize anti-air weaponry. It was initially to have pulse lasors and particle cannons to provide heavy AA coverage, however the platform was determined to not have enough engine power to supplement such systems. So the designers went about things the old fashioned way, strap as much guns to it as possible.

About halfway into finishing the hull, engineers noted that they were building the ship backwards, with the propeller at the fore. However instead of scrapping it and restarting they left it as is. Air trials revealed the ship was able to achieve 40m/s with ease. However they were not able to meet one design specification... Cost, the vessel was actually more expensive than the prior Caliburn class Dreadknought. However the ship was deemed satisfactory and has progressed to combat testing.

Eh, they don`t actually work... Just an aesthetic to break the uniformity of the top of the turret. Probably could get lams to work like that though, just not on a triple gun turret. Maybe a dual gun turret. only ever did dedicated lams for a turret, might give that idea a try for something later down the line.

And dun make fun of her just cause she is little bigger than the other in her class Confused It`s not her fault she was made that way!

So I got some various do-dads this time nothing special.

Helmbreaker Anti-ship Missile

- 5 tactical nukes

- First stage Approx. ~60m/s
- Second stage Approx. ~150-180m/s

Propulsion:
-2 graviton ram cannons
-1 Jet engine

-Targetting system:
Inertially based from the graviton shells.

So, I needed something that could do damage to drastically shielded vessels. I thought for a good long week on how I would implement a PAC system onto an airship and somehow get it to work at 2km. I eventually scrapped that idea. After seeing the revox ICBM facility, I decided that a nuclear armed missile would be the best idea. Based off of the Chicxulub missile (By whom, I forgot) it uses a graviton ram APS system to both guide the missile and offer some propulsion. Hits pretty hard but can get intercepted easily so best to use in bulk. Hit rate is decent, just be careful of decently fast vessels (25m/s+)

Guardian/Reposte LAMs Corvette

Weaponry:
-10 lasor turrets to tan your enemy with
-23 EMP missiles

Overview:
-Cheap... If you exclude the crystal and scrap cost... And ignore the RP cost
-Scooty at 30m/s
-No armor, not even adequete shields. All the shields do is protect against frag pellets
-Shifts speed and altitude to try and evade shells (I`m guess with less than satisfactory results)

So, not much to talk about with this thing other than it caused me to gain a few grey hairs trying to work out the earlier bugged variants. It was supposed to be a simple build ;-:. It shoots lasers at missiles and helps other ships stay flying, that`s what it does!

Lore Synopsis:
Missile defences are a rarity among BFN airships. Only the most important of capital ships bare LAMs systems to defend against missiles and some vessels don`t even have flares to defend from Infra-red seekers. To slightly remedy this problem, the engineers set forth to make a corvette that could defend fleets not possessing LAMs from missile barrages. The result is the guardian, a corvette meant to screen the fleet and act as a scout. Firepower was not a consideration for this ship but it was decided at the last minute to add 3 winged torpedo launchers per side along with a centerline mounted launcher replaced the mid-most Lasor turret.
Combat tests are limited due to nature of the craft. However upon testing against the Meteor-Class Experimental cruiser, it`s lams proved proficient enough to sustain it through the whole fight, allowing the Guardian to dwindle the wood plating on the meteor and eventually cause it to be incapacitated. The ship is being launched early despite being relatively new in it`s development cycle. Reports state that the docks are needed for building portions of a drastically larger vessel. Only the initial 3 produced vessels were ordered as the resources are being allocated to the prior vessel. 2 of the vessels have been selected as escorts for an as of yet revealed vessel simply referred to in documents as "Memento Mori".
